<p>On the opposite end of the spectrum Detroit&#8217;s <a href="http://www.steveyzerman.net/yzerman_records.php">Steve Yzerman</a>, was one of the youngest to play in an allstar game in 1984 when he was 18 years, 8 months and 22 days old.</p>
<p>I think they should bring back the original format where the defending Stanley cup champions took on the allstars of the rest of the league, that might spice things up.</p>
